Hi, I am resident of D1-401, Roseland Rhythm, Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
I applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband on 31st Dec (taking 6 months plan) and doing payment of 5232/- instantly. I was told by executive that it will take 4-5 days for installation to be completed.
I was following up on daily basis for the status. On 3rd day, things started getting delayed not sure about the reason. After that, executive stopped picking calls so i started chasing his senior, he also provided status for couple of days and later stopped answering my calls. I stopped by at Airtel store, Pimple Saudagar for the status of application.
There also they were not having exact status as it was pending with back-end team.
I followed up by calling or visiting Airtel store almost daily basis.
Maximum limit as per Airtel was 10-15 days but i waited for 20 days but had to cancel request finally as was left with no other option. Am waiting for my refund as its in progress and will be getting within a week.
This was such bad experience from Airtel. I want compensation as for wasting my time and energy in following up and chasing executives for status.
