Hi,

I am one of the sad customer who pay for 6 months plain for using broad band internet connection of Airtel company . Each and every hour we face the disconnection problem. All my emails can be found in outbox, either it will go when the net is up or it will not. While type this my VPN got disconnecting and after 2 minutes it is connected. What the hell service Airtel is providing. If this happens in ACT they will refund the money for the days there was problem. Whereas in Airtel app you cannot even raise a ticket.

The engineers number provided is Sanjay Kumar Gautam (07411574816) he never picks up the call.

Either some one resolve this issue. This is happening in S&P Living Ayanambakkam chennai 95.
