Text of Complaint by Shikha Sonkar:

On 14 feb i choose to take Airtel broadband connection so i filled the form via airtel app. After that got text notification for agent with whom i had to contact for airtel broadband so after 2 or 3 days the agent called me came to my home for paperwork and payment. After that got application no. And payment notification. So asked to agent for installation and he promised to install but he did not come.s ince 16 feb. The engineer came and said i can not have wifi connection because the box is very far. After that since thay day iam trying to contact the agent but agent did not recieve my call.so now i want to cancel and wAnt my money back .
