Respected Authority,
Over a week ago I raised a connection request for the Airtel Broadband net connection pack for the plan of 699 and had submitted all of my valid documents along with the installation fee as requested. Now while issuing the connection request your executives as always gaurantee 2-3 days for installation, but sadly your customer service is as pathetic as the fraudulent reviews read online. It is clear that your Customer management team has falsely just collected my details and money, and ran off without doing anything while we the customer sits helpless wondering if a company this big is involved with such fraud convictions.
I’m sure you have thousands of request coming in daily like this knowing the reviews and other customer complaints. So, hoping for this to be clarified.
