I have connection in ludhiana number 01614044621 I had lodge complain on 10 10 2023 request I’d no 10283008063 till now after 2 working days now again we contact on 121 now they again says will resolve in 4 working hours we are facing huge loss of work and one of ur technician Mr Parvinder has visited yesterday and he had committed to change modem by 10 am today today we are trying to contact him since morning but no response from him I m feeling same full for this company very wrong experience for ur company
