I request a Fibre broadband connection to setup new wifi at my Hyderabad flat since there is no internet in my flat from the past 5 days. Customer care of Airtel has not been supportive of either resolving issues or providing any solution to me or even a timeline when things will get done. I have never seen such customer care response from any company.
