We are facing extremely poor network connection. Initially they promised for fibre with 100mbps and registered the same. But they provide copper with 16mbps, but we are only getting 4kbps with frequent disconnect in network around 15 times a day. Because of which am not able to do Work from home and my job is at high risk.
I will further raise this to higher authorities if not addressed my issue immediately.
