had applied for a new connection on 10th May 2020, paid Rs 6543 as an advance rental for 6 months . They said connection will be provided in 72 hrs , its been more than 12 days and each and every time i connect to costumer executive they said they will check with escalation team and senior executives and get back to me within 24hrs with a resolution. Each and every time i call them they say profile has not been created and hence unable to fetch details. I had provided aadhaar card as well for ID and address proof.
