had applied for a new connection on 10th of May 2020, payment also was made for 6months amounting to Rs 6543. They said within 72 hrs connection will be made. Till today no update on connection. When i connect with customer care they say profile is not created and say their senior executive will get back to me within 24 hrs . From past 7 days they are telling the same thing. I have not even received a call back from them.
