i have requested for the New broadband Connection and the same day the executive (akhilesh singh) came to my house at 9 pm and completed all the formalities and took the payment of the same. He told me that the next day Your broadband will be installed. It has been a week since he made the commitment but the broadband has not been installed and my plan has been activated from the day he took the payment. Now i am at being loss of making the payment and not been able to use the services for past a week. Kindly look into the matter.
