I prefered 200mbps with 300GB and paid rs.3536.

Few days later only cables was given and connection was not given.

i also called many airtel staff but no responses.

later they insist only copper cable will be provided not the fiber cable and the speed will be only at 40mbps. This was not conveyed before the payment.

kindly refund my amount.
