Hi, I am airtel postpaid user since 2015 however, now I moved to airtel black and just got booking for broadband connection on 12/12/21 by sales team associate pawan kumar Singh however, next day on 13/12/2021 the technical team come for installation for my house but without installing back from house says distance was 200 and we not allowed to install more than 150. But before booking sales team confirm me as distance was only 160 mtr which considering from our side.
I am not understanding what’s wrong with me after payment of 2829 with reference of CAF no. 06125469330
But, still not installed and sales team associate Pawan -90319 96115 was block my no in what’s up and switch off the phone on 14/12/2021.
However, after multiple times follow up yesterday evening on 14/12/21 says unable to install so we cancel your booking. But still not received any cancellation text or call from airtel. Hence , now I am complain against airtel and sales team for incorrect information and misguided me for just only for booking.
