Text of Complaint by Vijay Srinivasan:

I have been an airtel subscriber under the One Airtel Plan until the 11th of July 2021.

I visited the Galleria, DLF Phase 4 and store and spoke to the in charge there about my change of address and disconnection of the Airtel DTH and the Broadband connection. I was asked first to settle my current bill of 952 on the Airtel app. After that I changed my plan to keep the 3 mobile connections.

The officer in charge, after working on her computer informed me that they have changed it to my requirements and I do not have to anything more. My broadband connection and the DTH connection will itself end by the 15th July.

Now I am being getting calls from your company to pay for the broadband lines bill of Rs 1100?

Why should I be paying for this when I had it disconnected in July?
