I have purchase a broadband plan on 26th nov 2020 with paid 6 months payment but still connection not fixed in my home.
Sales person missguied me and she has captured wrong address now trchnician said that please change address then they will fixed the modern.
also when i went to airtel office she has not entertain me also not responding in phone .
They hraased me and tried many times but no one responsed and same mail sent in 121 mail id but they also not confirmed me .
