Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have enquired about new broadband connection on airtel website and got a call immediately after some time.
Customer support executive told for KYC. After KYC they called for payment and told me that they will provide broadband connection with in 24 hrs. I did the payment through my credit card. But after 48 hrs I didn’t got the connection. After that I cancelled the deal and asked for returning my money. After some time they told me that debited money returning process has been initiated and I will get the money in 7 working days. It’s been more than 20 days but I didn’t get the money. I tried to call the customer service but they didn’t respond. I wrote some mails also but nothing happened. Now I don’t know what to do. This kind of behaviour doesn’t shoots company like Airtel.
I am attaching the payment receipt for your reference.
