Hi team,
I had applied for new broadband connection on 11th Aug 2020 for which the payment and KYC was done on the very same day.
But its abt a week there is installation done for the same yet.
I had several times calling and complainting for the same but there is still no response. This is highly unethical that your team is not giving any proper response to the customers.
