I am Ayesha Siddiqua
This is regarding the broadband connection I had booked on July 4th by an agent name Kalpana, and her number is (7204432975). She after verifying my address location and said that my area has net work feasibility and speed is 16mbps. And by trusting on her words she made me book the new connection broadband I have made the full payment in advance for 3 monthsp and the amount is “Rs-3536”.
My installation was booked for Sunday 5th of July but today is 13th July Monday , from 10 days no agents answering my calls and no agents are responding to my request…I have also emailed the nodal team about this but still no reply for my email, I don’t know what is happening no one is taking action at the moment… theAnd on app I see request in progress
I am seriously very tensed and
unhappy with your fraud agents they do anything just to get the sales incentive….. I found that Airtel company is just waste and not worth to have good customers because they do not know how to handle their customers requests…. Pathetic services
Please cancel my services and refund
my money back if not I will complaint the police regarding this ridiculous agent..I don’t need any services with fraud Airtel..
My lead ID is for the new broadband connection which I got as a normal message is ‘ TMCRM_BD00046933’
Please take an action on this and I request you to cancel my services for the broadband and refund my money Rs. 3563 which has been debited from my account..
