Hi Team,
As I have already mentioned you that my wifi was not working since it installed.after that lockdown occurred.I tried to call your customer care via call and email but getting no response.
One day your representative picked up the call then He advise me to relocate my connection.i raised a request for that one of your representative came and denied to relocate he says We are not providing services in your area.
I raised a request to un- install on the same day and refund my amount.kindly do the needful.thanks in advance.If you need more information kindly contact me on same mail id or +91.8377849887
