Text of Complaint by Nikki Jaiswal:

The issue that I have experienced was: I have no connection in my broadband internet since 21.05.2020..i have complained about the same on 24.05.20 and i was given a complaint number which is 117809784. i was given a expected resolution time of 27 may 2020 4:30 pm. However it was not resolved and i was not even contacted about the issue. Since then i have called multiple times regarding the issue however i have been falsely promised that i would get a call within 4hours within 6 hours within 2 hours. But no call no technician visit and no resolution

It occurred on: 24/05/2020

I would like airtel to send a technician at my place so that they can check and resolve the issue..

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. It has been weeks and its now getting frustrating now
