This is Vijay, I applied for a Airtel fiber connection on June 22,2020 Morning and got call from a Airtel representative by evening and they explained the plan details and i was okay with the plan and they asked me to send I’d proof and 3 sec video to a whats app number and I did that too. in the call itself I asked if the connection is feasible in my area and they said yes and they have checked with that. After an hour, one of your representative called me and send to link to make the payment and I too made the payment instantly. Then again after 30 minutes I got a call from one of your site engineer that the connection is not feasible in my Area.
My main question then why did you guys ask me too pay without checking the feasibility.if I don’t get a proper response or refund for my payment. I will be surely filing a case about
this.so please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
