Text of Complaint by Ismail:

  1. I am facing problem regarding my Airtel broadband connection I have a plan for 6 months for which I pay 3142 including late amount on February but I am not getting my internet and my phone from last two days and due to lockdown I have also called on your Helpline Number but the call is not getting connected to the workers please resolve my issue as soon as possible because I am facing this problem from March and it is getting very difficult to register a complaint online
