A salesperson forced me to took a broadband connection and I told him that it’s not feasible to give connection on that area, cause I know I already tried for a broadband connection and it failed. This guy forced me and I paid him 3k (not paid to Airtel directly) cause this guy told me he is a newbie so he wanted assistance on fillings the application form with his colleagues so he ask me the money so he can pay directly to Airtel. Now some guys from Airtel came to my area and confirm its not feasible to install a new connection. So we requested for a cancellation and it’s been 6 days no calls from the sales person and he is not picking my calls aswell
