I requested a new broadband connection from Airtel (Airtel Kolkata, Camac street store).
They said connection will be installed only after payment is done. Next day, when the installation people came, they said it was not possible as there is no box in my locality and I should reach out to salesman and get it canceled. I have reached out to salesman and to customer care to get the request cancelled and process the refund. Its been more than one week I have received any confirmation of cancellation or refund process. I tried calling customer care, however there IVRS have such a bad option its tough to get to talk to anyone.
