Hi,

I am a resident of Babusapalya, Bangalore. Airtel had installed a broadband box in our street a few years back. We didn’t object to it since we understood that it was a necessary infrastructure to provide internet.

This year BBMP, the local civic authority, was repairing the road and the footpath and since this box was in the middle of the footpath and posing danger to the residents, I requested them to move the box several times. Contacted them through emails, call center, etc. but no one responded to it despite trying multiple times.

Finally in November someone from Airtel came and removed the box but they have left the footpath open and uncovered. We have many children in the area and poses a big risk to them. Disappointed with Airtel for their shoddy work and lack of response to customer complaints.

I am hoping the company repairs the footpath and properly disposes the remaining parts of the previously installed box at the earliest.
