Hi Team,
I am writing this mail after waiting a reply from airtel for 5months of the below mail. As explained in my previous mail, i have paid for ADR in the month of April and plan was due for renewal in the month of May’2020. I got a mail on May 7th, 2020, with latest bill attached where it was reflecting 799/month. and all these months i was getting bills with the same plan (799/month + GST). In between I had raised 2 SRs and SRs were close without any conclusion.
SR Numbers : 117988900 and 122457932.
In this pandemic situation also i visited airtel store for the resolution, no use. Hope this time i will get some resolution for my issue.
Why a customer will go for a ARP. It is 2 reduce overall charges and avoiding monthly payment janjat.
In Inspite of paying ARP in the month os April, i am chasing customer care like anything hoping one or the other time i will get a resolution.
