Hi Team,
As per below mail chain starting from Apr4,2020, I have requested for the levying off the charges and keep the broadband connection in safe custody
but still i have been getting charged for April and also May, I know with your dumb responses its gonna be charged in June as well
Request you to investigate the same and update – Am sending this even after knowing that your response will be “We don’t have those privileges and our team will contact you in 24-48 hours”
I requested you to levy for this month as well as the lockdown continues which is of no use now
Also the Airtel Relationship Team Contacted me Earlier on this and I was informed that they are taking up the request to temporarily keep in active state and Rs.200 per month. I confirmed to Activate the same, But no response there after and also as per today conversation request you to go ahead – – This story I should explain ‘n’ number of times to ‘n’ number of your relationship team with ‘n’ number of Complaints – Ref#1 (46469802) Ref#2 (193375089)
I didn’t push much on this as i was aware that it is a difficult situation from your end as well, still getting only promotion calls from Airtel but not getting the request taken through — Thanks for testing the patience and making us not to show any kind of concern towards you ppl and to deal it some other way
Not sure how many more times i need to call back or mail the same thing again – It’s a daily routine for me now to call in get reference number and wait for call as you ppl are not privileged to contact your senior persons to get it resolved
Note – As informed, I am ready to Pay the Safe custody charges for the Month of April and May but not the billed amount – I have even made your job simpler as all your equipped relationship team aren’t capable of having a basic understanding nor privileged, I have made the payment of Rs.472/- (April- Rs 200 Safe Custody charges + 18%GST and May Month – Rs.200 Safe Custody charges + 18%GST)
