I am writing this email with utter disappointment & impatience, after doing multiple follow ups with Airtel Customer care from last 1 week regarding the broadband bill not generated from 8th April to 7th May cycle, still i have not got any concrete solution for the issue, only i got are the lame excuses & irrelevant reasons and i fed up of that. Even after lodging the complaint, the request is still in queue. Complaint No. 1066701743
I am using Airtel broadband from last 7 years & being a loyal customer to airtel i am facing this kind of problem. I would say this is a complete negligence from the service department who are not able to solve this minor problem. Imagine what will happen to a new customer who has recently bought airtel broadband. I am feeling mentally harassed due to all to this. Request you to look into the matter at the earliest & please help me out. This is the 2nd time i am raising the complaint.
