Text of Complaint by Yatin oberoi:

I installed Airtel broadband by paying 1780rs (1month charge included) in delhi. My landline number is 01143550146.
The airtel engineer told me that its an prepaid plan. You need to recharge every month. He also told me that if you leave the place, just carry this box with you. But within 15 days due to lockdown i had to left my rented house and i went back to my hometown in haryana. Now Airtel cuatomer care pissed me off by calling 5 to 10 times a day and asking for bill payment. They are applying charges
every month. It was a prepaid plan not postpaid. On every call i asked them to close the connection but they put it on hold by saying there will be no charge. Once i will back to same location i can continue the service. But they r still applying charges for every month. Its now 1772rs due. When i had a conversation with customer care agent, he said you have to pay this amount. I am not going to pay even a single penny to anyone. I know how i earn for my family. I dont earn for these fraud brands.
