I am writing to with regard to the e mail id given to me when I took your broadband service nearly 15 years back.
The same is airlinks@airtelmail.in
I am using this e mail id for my business purpose.
My e mail id has been stopped from your end without any reason.
I had till last month paid all the dues.
This month still not paid.
I received u r customer care person no with this regard 1 around 1 week back & was asked to send screen shot of the error
I did the same through my Gmail id sgn1999@gmail.com since my airlinks@airtelmail.in is not working
Till now no revert back except mail received is to change my register e mail id associated with my account.

I am & has suffered finance losses due to this.
I except positive reply at the earliest
