We are using wifi from more than 2 years. During this pendemic, we are working from home & online classes for kids also going on. We got our plan upgraded recently, as per our usage.
From the very next day after upgradation, the network became very very very pathetic.
On daily basis we are facing dropping of wifi at any point of time. Which is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
After raising so many complaints to customer service & our local representative of Airtel, nothing happened.
We need permanent solution to it on IMMEDIATE basis.
