As a regular airtel customer this is really pathetic service I have even seen.
They are not fully open with thier plans area wise.
They will show you one plan and give lowest bandwith for higher cost. Cheating like anything you guys need to stop this or be open to customers do not cheat on your customers for your benifit sake.
Customer care guys will say one thing and the service guy will say another thing seriously?????
Complaints raised several time issue would be seen for that day aloan and Problem will not be resolved, atlast am going to change the service provider.
