I have paid 3 months advance rent but used services only for 1 month as i shifted to another location and i raised the disconnection request but they said they won’t be refunding two months rent and neither they provided any assurance and said someone will contact in next 45 days tat.
I won’t be using services and still i had paid unnecessary rent.
