Respected Sir/ Madam,

My Name is Abhisek Samanta.
Ph no-7319511550.
Add- BA-46, Street no- 136/99, New Town, Kolkata-700156.
Please solve my problem on urgent Basis.
Rs. 2829/- I have paid my broadband connection bill dated 23/08/2021, arround time 10.00 pm. through Airtel Thanks app yet the payment has not been reflected.
But Payment debited from my Father SBI account named Provas chandra Samanta.
Please solve this issue asap.

I have been notifying the sales and service persons of New Town Area of Airtel Broadband from Four days but my problem has not been resolved and I have called Customer Care 15-16 times and the every call has been disconnected from the customer care end.

I am very much unhappy with every service of Airtel Broadband from the purchase of connection till now. If my money is not reflected in my account within 24 hours, I will file a case in the Consumer Forum
