Dear Concern
This is to bring in your notice that how customers are being harassed by Airtel Broadband representatives.I have raised the request on the 26th June 2020 for the Shifting of the location InterCity.But till now nothing is done. I got a call twice for location shifting part but both representative said your area doesn’t come under my servicing and I requested them to connect with the my area concerned person.But nothing done.I thought I took the service from the Airtel and not the area representative.I do understand the present Covid Situation but at the same time other location person calling then why not my location guy.Hope this mail solves my request ASAP.
