Hello sir/mam,
I have installed a new broadband connection in gurgaon in july but due to personal reasons i have to shift to my home town so informed the customer support for the same. I disconnected the connection from 15 august and the representative told me that the refund will be initiated within 45 days as it was a 3 month plan from the disconnection date but nothing has been done.
