Broadband not working since 25/10/21. Made more than 15 complaints in last 04 days. They said address is not updated whereas I am using this connection for past 3 months. I mailed address proof at 121@in.airtel.com on 27/10 but even after 36 hours they failed to update it and complaint remained unattended. Though they claim that I am their privileged Airtel Black customer.
