- My modem isn’t connected and thus suffering without network from past two days and has impact on work from home situation.
- I have raised issue on 2/09, my resolution date was set to 3/09. The executive checked and confirmed wire disconnected and other executive will address the issue the same day.
- Since then, executives come check and confirm the wire disconnection and postpone the resolution date.
- I have called customer service to raise complaint against them but of no use.
- Tried with nodal number, it is always ringing.
The reason I am getting is covid situation. But, my concern is that when executives are available why is not the issue fixed. Even, the wiring person arrived my place in the late evening yesterday and confirmed the resolution by early morning today. Today no one turned and picking my calls too.
Is this considered a covid situation or negligence?
I have experienced the worst service ever.
Could someone from airtel assist me on this asap.
