Dear sir,

I am Sivakumar form Chennai- 113 Pillaiyar kovil street, East Balaji Nagar, kallikuppam, Ambattur, Chennai -53.

you sales team confirmed . Mr. Nizam and Mr. Sathish  and committed to me, DTH no. 3037609269

3 months 799 Plan with DTH for Extra Rs.1500 with taxes.  disconnected my Hathway with paly box.  purchased yours and confirmed  after 1 month free subscription of TV channels if you are not  recharge ,  you OTT app will work not an issue, but it is not working  . tv channels also disconnected  before 1 month date of connection. Not  payment made date. now I apid Rs.154 and recharge for using  OTT apps, after that realized only 9 days , do you thing using OTT app  I need to pay  ?? any way I am going use your net work only.  if this kind of  wrong commitment form your team, I may disconnect broad band after 2 months,
