The name of my Airtel broadband connection is extreme fibre, but I have copper wire connection though went on paying Rs. 1,583 per month with 40 Mbps speed. For last one year I had to complain more than 50 to 60 times for extremely low speed sometimes below 1 Mbps or no internet at all. Why optical fibre connection is not provided and my problems are not addressed ? I lost money because of frequent disconnection during online transaction. My complaints are being closed without solving. It’s unfair trade practice.
