Hello,

I requested to degrade my broadband plan from 1399 to 799 on June 2020 via Aiterl thanks App.

THere is no responce from the customer care and finally send email to 121 email. There after few mail got it from customer care side and more than a week this still in opened. During this 4 months I am paying almost double amount than I requested.
