Dear Sirs,
I have applied for Broadband connection on 25th July 2020 on Saturday. When I put my request there are lot of calls from airtel agents to takeup the services. Mr.Fayaz, 9740978933 introduced himself that he is from Airtel and before end of the day he will complete the the installations. Since he told me that he installed airtel connections in some other flats in our apartment, I agreed to take his services. As per his request, i shared my credentials through whatsapp and a link was sent for payment and for six months subscription of 5625 and that also has been made.
He promised me that with in two hours the connection will be done. But whole saturday not turn down.
Sunday – Not even lifting the calls inspite of several attempts.
Monday – Not even lifting the calls. inspite of several attempts and mesages
Tuesday- Completely switched off.

Yesterday, on 27th I received a message from Airtel stating that Lead ID is TMCRM BD00051228 and our executive will call you shortly. But no calls whole day.
Am clueless and anxious to know what is cooking up in Airtel ? I am a subcriber for Airtel for past four years. I need this broad band connection very urgently. Please do the needful.
Please help me . Please initiate clarifications from your agents and these type of people need to be black listed if it is proven wrong .
