I raised my request for new broadband connection in Airtel.
Its been a month and i was contacted by one person saying that you area is feasible for the broadband connection. After that there was no response.
I contacted on Airtel customer care service and the person I talk to for the first time was very rude and disconnected the call without any resolution.
i called again and the agent told me he regret for the unconvinced and said that he is escalating the matter to higher authority and I will receive a callback within 4hrs.
Now today after 2 days of no response I again called customer care, the lady was pathetic, her name was priya and she was very rude to me, she literraly shouted on me saying talk mannerly. I don’t understand what kind of people do airtel hire. I am very disappointed, each agent says different thing. They don’t know what are they talking about and how to talk!
i really need resolution for this
