Text of Complaint by Bhrugu Gangadia:

Have requested Airtel to disconnect our number 079-40056760 and registered mail id [email protected], on May 17th 2021 as we had sold our property.
As informed by Airtel service person to clear previous dues in order to cancel services, payment for the same were made immediately.
Till this day Airtel haven’t canceled account and are harnessing us for the payments every day. We receive calls from different persons asking for payments. We explain our issue to each individual calling, as per airtel executive they say that wont stop calling till we pay even if we are right.
Please take necessary action immediately.
