Text of Complaint by Sumant Penmetsa:

My name is Sumant. I had approached Brick and Bolt for a project and had to cancel the project due to a loan issue. Everything started last month July when I had to call off the project in the last week because the loan amount sanctioned would not fund the project.
The project was a G+2 floor building plan for which I had also paid a booking amount of 1.8 lakh.
On August 2 I first approached Ritesh Maheswari to cancel the engagement. He is the RM assigned for my building plan. At the point of cancellation, no step of the process of construction had started, it was because we were awaiting loan confirmation. This can also be tracked in the CRN project assigned
CRN150130.
Also, you can see below in the email chain stating that a cancellation charge of Rs. 63,270.00/- is being deducted from the booking amount though no work had started at the time of cancellation. I agreed for that too but still, I do not see any step taken toward my refund.
The problem here is that there has been no exposure and no communication visible to me that the head office Banglore is being involved here. It has been more than three weeks and I have not heard any response or any action. Whenever I call customer care I am always told to connect with re[orting manager and when I contact the Reporting Manager, I am always told that the head office is taking time and they are not responding. To date, it has been the same answer.
I have asked several times regarding the email communication as well. But the reporting manager has always stated that he cannot do that.
I am being told ever since then that my case has been forwarded to the Bangalore team and there is no response from the head office. I am extremely concerned here as it has been more than 20 days and no action is been taken care and also there is no transparency of the process for the refund.
