Hi Team,
I have given my land to construction the house, brick and bolt team has taken full amount, never constructed very well and they have taken extra money and not returning. Please help me

CRN167733 – I have started my house construction recently and their quality is very poor. They don’t follow structural design. They will give you 1 year warranty only after that whatever happens to your house they are not responsible. They are just mediator between local contractor and customer. Local contractor will try to cheat you all possible way. They took more money from me and not refunding. I don’t want any innocent customer also get trapped in this. I too got cheated by brick and bolt. They are now demanding extra 5 lakh for finishing the work. The reason they are giving since i have descoped the project, they have paid extra 5 lakh to contractor. Now they are demanding 5 lakh from me.
My project constructed by Brick and Bold.
No reposne from their project team. No one will take care of the issues. Project manager never visted the site in entire period of the project.
While handovering the project, they promissed to rectify the all issues, but never. If if complaint any issue, they will take 2-3 months to resolve the issue. They will blame each other(brick and bolt and contructor). There is no proper finishing of the work, fed-up by telling to them.
I have sent mail to their customer care and others in Jan 2023 and till today(08-06-2023) no one responded even after couple of followups. I lost hopes.
