Dear Sir
I am sorry to say that your airtel customer care dept is irresponsible and irregular for attent the technical fault ,
I am a senior citizen and facing problem from three to four day and logged and complaint also thats duration time of resolve is with in 24 hrs i can’t wait; no any technician till date contact me .
I am looking your customer care of telephonic dept is not responding and they are not attending me . I am furstate already and port to any other telecom services. Service Request no. is 120664904
