Lemme start with the sad start of not getting the car in proper sanitised and washed condition. The car body was muddied and seats had stains. They took away the car for 1.5 hours to get the car stains removed but everything was in vain as nothing was and car was handed back to us. Upon starting the car which was supposedly our medium GI reach Coorg the ac compressor failed. The same was detected after 4 hours of zoom car mechanics inspection. We had to reschedule the whole Coorg trip and yet no one from the zoom car is bothered to even register or solve our complain. Following is the booking detail
