they are issued double black membership for 1200+, as per the double black membership, my ticket was eligible to full refund incase of cancellation before 24hours of journey, but while i am trying to cancel my tickets it was showed message , due to airlines policy they deducting my full amount and refunded zero. it was big cheat. actually this membership is issued by makemytrip by charging 1200+, but now they told that it was a airlines policy to deduct whole amount
