I was given an offer for 100 percent data bonus for three months.

I have used the bonus offer on two occasions but when I bought data yesterday, I was not given the 100 % bonus or any bonus at all.

Please note that, the offer was made in December and I it has not elapsed as it is not yet up to the stated three months.
