I brought a product through flipkart app, seller sent complete different product, I opted for return and replacement option…
Both replacement and Return were canceled by seller (Providing no reasons)…
Later to that contacted customer care executive, they also opted again for replacement and return option again seller canceled WITHOUT PROVIDING REASON..
Flikart has not resolved my issue, now flipkart is saying return option is not available as per policy…
Is policies applicable for customer only…
Don’t have responsibility for flipkart to resolve issue…
Does flipkart have any policies to record seller’s action when they cancel the replacement an return request for two times…
Cancelling replacement is understandable that they don’t have product with them and they are still displaying in flipkart app and flipkart is not aware of it…
How can a seller cancel twice without Providing reasons…
To this flipkart executives support seller by telling would be a technical issue…!
